Dear God:

Please help the other children in the world. Especially, the children without homes and those who have lost their parents. Please stop what causes them to be lonely. Give them strength, power, courage and perseverance so they will not give up hope. Please let them find someone who loves and cares about them to take them into their homes. Make sure that the people who supervise them will feed them, clothe them, and treat them like they were their own. Amen.

Sydney R. Beavers is 11 years old and attends Sunnyside Elementary in Lawrence Township. She desires to be a marine mammologist when she grows up and be the owner of a theme park for the viewing of mammals.

Dear Lord:

Help the orphaned kids have food and water. Please help us find a cure for diseases like sickle cell anemia, aids, and other diseases. Please stop people from abusing kids sexually, and physically. Please stop the slave trade and abusive child labor. Please help us throughout the days of our lives have patience with our families. Help us to do everything we need to do to accomplish our goals in the areas of school, friends and family. Strengthen our hearts and make us wise. We thank you for all you have done. Let’s not forget the poor, the people on the street, everyone needs a warm place to stay. Help those children who move from place to place because of their parents jobs or because of war. We all need love, attention and friends to enjoy. Thank you God for everything for just being our God. Amen
