In preparation for the 21st Biennial Session of the National Convocation:
The Golf Outing is canceled, due to a lack of registrations.
The attire for FRIDAY NIGHT is JEANS AND TEE-SHIRTS, or casual.
You may still make Hotel reservations. In order to get into our block of rooms please contact Mr. Randall Cook directly at (405) 228-8026.
CHOIR REHEARSALS will be for early arrivals: WEDNESDAY, JULY 28TH AT 1:00 PM and then THURSDAY AT 12:00 NOON.
