Mail-in registration is available by downloading and printing the PDF registration form. Mail-in forms must be accompanied by a check. (If you pay with a debit or credit card, please register online.) Mail your form and payment to:

Refund Policy
A $15 processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if a refund is requested before April 1, 2013. If a refund is requested on or after April 1, 2013, 50% of the total fees paid will be refunded. There are no refunds after May 1, 2013.
