Ways To Register

Several options are available to register for the 2009 General Assembly:

Register Online

Online registration is quick and easy and is the recommended method for securing your place at the 2009 General Assembly. Using the online registration system will allow you to register multiple people and save incomplete registrations for later completion.

One-Day Registration

Registrants who cannot attend the entire assembly but wish to take advantage of the resource groups, learning tracks and exhibits can purchase a One-Day registration. This option is only available for on-site registrations.

Mail-In Registration

If your online access is limited, you can download the paper registration form and mail in your registration along with a check, money order or credit card information.

Fax Registration

You can fax completed paper registrations to (317) 635-3700. You must include your credit card information or send your payment to the address above before your registration is processed. (Credit card payments will not be accepted over the phone.)

Pre-Registration

Registrations received on or before January 31, 2009 March 31, 2009

	$80	Pre-School Child Registration (under 5)

	$100	Young Adult (ages 18-30)

Regular Registration

Registrations received after March 31, 2009

	$160	Adult Registrant
	$100	Pre-School Child Registration (under 5)
	$100	School-age Child Registration (5-10)
	$100	Youth Registrant (ages 11-17)
	$125	Young Adult (ages 18-30)
	$125	Seminarian
	$125	Host Area (Indiana)

Daily (One-Day) Registration

A daily registration fee of $50 per day is now available for those who cannot attend the entire General Assembly. Daily registration is only available on-site.
