Amy-Jill Levine is University Professor of New Testament and Jewish Studies at Vanderbilt University Divinity School and College of Arts and Science. Author of The Misunderstood Jew: The Church and the Scandal of the Jewish Jesus and a member of an Orthodox synagogue, she helps Christians and Jews discover their common history and, in the context of interfaith conversation, correct the false perceptions they have of each other.
