Housing Information

All reservation requests on the housing form will be made through the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Bureau. To take advantage of the special General Assembly convention rates, reserve your rooms before June 24, 2009. There are eight properties to select from all of which are within walking distance of the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis. Most properties are accessible to the Convention Center by a sky walk. (View the Hotel Listing and Map for more information.)

Internet: Book your reservation on-line. (This is the quickest and most effective method.) You will receive your confirmation instantly.

Please make your reservation with one of the listed properties. We request that you not make housing reservations outside of the block. It affects the General Assembly negotiating power for future assemblies and could result in costly attrition fees.
