1 Credit/Debit Card Process for the Rosen Centre, Rosen Plaza, and The Peabody, including youth housing reservations: These hotels will not process any payment when you make your reservation (prior to June 2013); however, within 5 days of your arrival, the card used to secure the reservation will be charged for one night’s room and tax. Please be aware that an authorization on a debit card will remove funds from your bank account at that time.
2 Credit/Debit Card Processing for the Hilton: The Hilton will charge one (1) night reservation plus tax to your credit card to guarantee the reservation. Please read the reservation policies under the "Hotel" tab on the online reservation system.
